As CEO of SilentClick, Tarik oversees all aspects of operations and strategy, including technology, product development and sales and marketing. Prior to joining SilentClick, he held the position of Managing Director at NexTec, a satellite B2C broadband distribution networks company, where he lead consumer marketing, product management and development efforts. Before that, as worldwide business development manager of the Consumer Emerging Technologies group at HP/Agilent Technologies, he was instrumental in establishing Agilent 93000 as the industry leading test solution for video streaming devices.
Tarik received an MBA from Pepperdine University School of Business, a B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.

As CTO of SilentClick® Inc. Abdelhak is the driving force behind the technology development and SilentClick product innovation.
Most recently, Abdelhak was co-founder and vice president of engineering at NexTec Solutions a satellite direct-to-consumer Information and eLearning services Networks where he was responsible for secured data streaming infrastructure design. Dr Abdelhak brings a wealth of experience to SilentClick from the Ecole Polytechnic federal de Lausanne Switzerland in the area of data packets processing, data compression, encode/decode algorithms design and secured communication Networks.
Abdelhak holds a PhD in Computer Engineering with Honors,
a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a B.S in Physics from Essadi School of Engineering, Casablanca Morocco.

As Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Kato ensures
that SilentClick® will continue to meet the product quality
for our rapidly expanding customer base.
Kato brings over 15 years of experience in product generation and quality management from Hewlett Packard. Prior to joining SilentClick, Takeshi Kato held a number of product development, product engineering management, new product introduction and support, worldwide market specialist, product marketing and business development at various companies in Japan such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Tektronics.
Kato holds a M.S. in Physics from Electro-Communication University and a B.S in Physics from Nihon University.

William W. Stevens, Board of Advisors
William
W. Stevens was a founder of Triad Systems Corporation and served as President and
as Chairman of the Board from 1972 to 1985 and Chairman from 1985 to 1996. Prior
to founding Triad, he was employed from 1961 to 1971 by Data Disk, Inc., a manufacturer
of computer peripherals, where
he served in various technical management positions including President. Stevens
has served on numerous boards of both private and public companies.

John Rehfeld, Board of Advisors
John Rehfeld is Chairman of the Forum for Corporate Directors in Orange County, and is a board member at ADC/Telecom, Local.com, and Primal Solutions. Rehfeld was previously VP & General Manager of Toshiba’s laptop computer business where he launched the first commercially successful laptop computer in 1986 and was subsequently named one of the top 25 computer executives by CRN magazine.

Dr Zili is SilentClick Vice President of Engineering and product architect.
Zili is a seasoned software architect and is responsible for SilentClick client application design, server platform design and server enterprise solutions.
Zili has over 15 years of client applications software design, .NET server architecture, software development and engineering management. Zili comes to SilentClick from CNES of France (equivalent NASA in US) where he worked on server to satellite remote sensing architecture for real-time space to earth image transmission. Zili is a well respected member at the European Union of French ERP’s board of directors.
